At Ascendra, meaningful careers begin with early clarity. That’s why our student-focused career counseling starts as early as Grade 8, helping young minds build a strong foundation and a clear roadmap for their academic and professional future.
In a proud co-branded partnership with Edumilestones, India’s leading career counseling platform, we offer comprehensive psychometric assessments that analyze personality, interests, aptitude, and learning styles. These science-backed tools help students discover their strengths and align them with over 500+ career pathways, ensuring every decision is informed and personalized.
From stream selection to subject choices, from study plans in India to abroad education opportunities, Ascendra provides mentorship, strategic planning, and emotional support to help students thrive, not just succeed.
Let’s start early. Let’s plan smart. Let’s build futures with purpose.
I’m Nirmala, a Certified Career Analyst and Certified Career Counselor for International Studies, with a deep passion for guiding students toward meaningful academic and career choices.
As an educator and entrepreneur, my journey has always centered around understanding and empowering learners. I began my career working within various Indian school curricula, closely supporting children and families in their academic and personal development. This hands-on experience gave me insight into the diverse learning needs shaped by different educational systems.
Along the way, I launched a student-focused stationery brand—an entrepreneurial step that sparked deeper conversations with parents about their children’s educational challenges and aspirations.
Later, in the USA, I served as a Substitute Teacher in the Cupertino Union School District, working with students from Kindergarten through Grade 8, including those with special needs. These cross-cultural experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique strengths every child holds and the kind of support they truly need to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
I’m also passionate about women’s empowerment, and in 2016, I founded Magalir Club House, a platform dedicated to supporting women’s welfare and business development.
This understanding continues to guide my work at Ascendra Global Vision, where I help students make confident, informed choices about their future, whether in India or abroad.
